How much does my stone foundation cost to restore?

We base our pricing on time, materials, size and age of foundation concerning mortar aging and deterioration rates.

What materials do you use.

When restoring stone foundation and when soft bricks are a factor its important to use lime mortar not to damage existing masonry. We use historic NHL lime putty, lime based mortar with 10% Portland cement. Fortified cements with additives for best results.

Is my estimate and contract guaranteed?

Yes all work has written contract and we never raise the price once agreed upon. We have been estimating foundation repairs and basement sealing for decades and know exactly how to estimate job cost.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes we carry full insurance coverage and workman's compensation for all employees.

We also have a construction supervisor license for masonry and HIC license.

What areas do you work in?

We are currently based out of Peabody and Boston area. With equipment and service locations to service Massachusetts. We perform a lot of our work in Medford, Melrose, Malden, Arlington, Boston and Somerville areas. We have serviced the North Shore for over fifty years with 1000's of jobs completed in Salem, Peabody, Beverly and Danvers areas.
